SHIPPING

Free shipping for orders above €100 (on standard shipping items only- exemptions apply)
Standard shipping - €12 (on order value of under €100 (on standard shipping items only- exemptions apply)

All orders for “in stock items” received before 2pm any working day will be shipped that day.

Shipping is offered on a next working day basis, however, this cannot be guaranteed and is handled by a third-party - Fastway Courier. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped to conveniently follow your orders movements with our courier partners

Here is some important information regarding our shipping process:

  1. Shipping Methods and Carriers:
    We offer various shipping methods to cater to different needs and destinations. Our primary shipping carrier is Fastway.
  2. Shipping Exemptions:
    Oversized and overweight items are not currently possible for us to ship with our parcel courier. Any item over 2m in length, or 30kgs weight, will not be shipped using our parcel courier, and hence will not be covered under our “free shipping” offer. It may be possible for us to offer a quote for “pallet shipping” on some larger and heavier items- this would be at an additional cost to the customer.
  3. Shipping Destinations:
    We currently ship only on the island of Ireland using or standard parcel courier. We can offer pallet shipping for orders to EU countries, at additional cost t the customer at a pre agreed rate
  4. Shipping Times:
    We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner. We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. The estimated shipping time frames are provided during the checkout process and are based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may affect the actual delivery time.
  5. Order Processing:
    Once you have successfully placed an order, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible. This includes verifying the order details, preparing the items for shipment, and coordinating with the shipping carrier. You will receive an order confirmation email with the relevant details and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  6. Tracking Your Order
    We provide tracking information for all shipped orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress using the provided tracking number.
  7. Shipping Restrictions:
    Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations imposed by local or international authorities. These restrictions may include hazardous materials, liquids, or items prohibited for air transport. If any such restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you and provide alternative options if available.

 

RETURNS

  1. All returns must be accompanied by a fully completed Returns Form - please download by clicking here.
  2. Any item purchased online or in-store may be returned for store credit or refund within 30 days of purchase- and the completed returns form.
  3. Returned goods must be as received i.e. suitable condition for resale and in original packaging- and the completed returns form.
  4. Returned goods must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase- and the completed returns form.
  5. Return of goods to us must be arranged by the purchaser and is at buyers expense- and accompanied by the returns form.
  6. In the event of an item being delivered in a damaged condition by our courier- please notify the courier immediately and then fill in the form below and return the form to us.
  7. In the event of goods being received in fault or damaged condition, please contact us immediately and complete the returns form.
